Nationwide Plumbers warranties its labor for one year from the completion date, passes through manufacturer warranties on the equipment it installs (6 to 10 years on A.O. Smith water heaters, depending on the model), gives written estimates before work starts, guarantees hydro jetting for 45 days, and honors the coupons on this site under the terms below.
1-year labor warranty
If our workmanship fails within 12 months of the completion date on your invoice, we come back and correct it at no labor cost.
How it works. Call 718-748-2727 with your invoice number. We inspect first; if the problem is caused by our workmanship, the repair is covered. Your invoice must be paid in full.

- Drain and sewer cleaning, because lines can re-clog from normal use, grease, roots or objects put down the drain. Cleaning work is guaranteed on the day it is done, except hydro jetting, which has its own 45-day guarantee (below).
- Parts, fixtures or equipment supplied by the customer.
- Existing pipes, valves, fixtures or equipment that we did not install or repair.
- Temporary or partial repairs, and repairs you chose against our written recommendation (noted on the invoice).
- Damage from freezing, flooding, sewer surcharge, high or low water pressure, sediment, corrosion of existing piping, misuse, lack of maintenance, or later work by others.
- Water damage, mold, lost use or other indirect costs.
Manufacturer warranties
Equipment we install carries the manufacturer's warranty, which we pass through to you. A.O. Smith water heaters we install carry manufacturer warranties of 6 to 10 years, depending on the model. Boilers, pumps and fixtures carry their own manufacturer terms. Some manufacturers require product registration within a set time, and coverage usually depends on annual maintenance and correct installation, which we provide.
45-day hydro jetting guarantee
If a line we hydro jetted backs up again within 45 days of the jetting date on your invoice, call 718-748-2727 and we come back and clear that line at no charge. The guarantee covers the line we jetted. It does not cover broken, collapsed or sagging pipe that our camera inspection found and noted on your invoice, or blockages caused by objects, construction debris or damage after our visit.
Hydro jetting estimates and price match
Hydro jetting is priced per line. The price depends on the length of the line, access and the amount of buildup, and it is set in your free written estimate before work starts.
Price match plus 5% off. If you have a current written jetting agreement or quote from another licensed company, send us a copy. We will match its price for the same scope of work and take 5% off. The price match cannot be combined with coupons.
Written estimates
You get a written estimate before any work starts. Estimates for replacement and installation work (water heaters, boilers, sewer lines, gas lines, repiping), hydro jetting and jetting maintenance plans are free. A service call fee may apply to repair, diagnostic and emergency visits; dispatch tells you the amount before we come. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless the estimate says otherwise, and hidden conditions found once walls, floors or ground are opened may change the scope; we tell you before doing extra work.
Dispatch and arrival times
Emergency dispatch runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Emergencies are dispatched in order of urgency, and scheduled work gets a two-hour arrival window, Monday to Saturday 8am to 4pm. Arrival times depend on traffic, weather, bridge and tunnel conditions and call volume, so they are estimates, not guarantees. After-hours, weekend and holiday calls may carry a dispatch charge, quoted when you call.
Coupon and offer terms
Offers valid through December 31, 2026, in the five boroughs of New York City, for residential and small commercial customers. Mention the code when you book and before work starts; offers cannot be applied to completed, invoiced or previously estimated work. One offer per job and per household per visit; offers cannot be combined with each other, NP Care member discounts, financing promotions or other quotes unless noted. Minimum job amounts are before tax. Discounts do not apply to permit, DOB, DEP, DOT or utility fees, inspection or filing fees, after-hours or holiday dispatch charges, equipment rental, sidewalk or street restoration by others, or sales tax. Percentage discounts are capped at $100 per job. Not valid on insurance, home-warranty, management-contract, government or NYCHA work. No cash value. Nationwide Plumbers may change or end any offer at any time; the terms on your written estimate control.
Financing
Financing is offered through Wisetack, subject to credit approval by Wisetack's lending partners. Checking your options does not affect your credit score. Terms are set by the lender.
