Nationwide Plumbers has worked out of our shop at 6923 8th Avenue in Brooklyn since 1984. We are growing, and we are hiring for three roles right now.
Plumber helper
- Work alongside our licensed plumbers on service calls, sewer and drain jobs, boilers and installs
- Load and organize the van, carry material, keep job sites clean
- No license needed. We will train the right person who shows up on time and wants to learn the trade
- A valid driver's license is a plus
Experienced plumber
- Several years of residential and commercial service experience in NYC
- Comfortable diagnosing and repairing leaks, drains, water heaters, fixtures and piping on your own
- Boiler, steam heating or NYC gas piping experience is a big plus (DOB gas work qualification welcome)
- Valid driver's license required. Clean, professional, good with customers
Dispatcher
- Answer calls from homeowners, property managers and buildings, and book jobs
- Schedule and route our technicians across Brooklyn and the five boroughs
- Keep customers updated and follow up on estimates and open jobs
- Office experience required. Field service or dispatch experience is a plus
Speaking Spanish or French is a plus for every role. We serve one of the most diverse communities in New York.
